Integrated Manufacturing & Supply is committed to providing high-quality industrial components; if your order does not meet your specifications, items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-fabricated items and specialized supply orders may be subject to a restocking fee or limited return eligibility.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and part details to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original industrial packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping container.

• 3.
  Ship to Facility

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our primary distribution warehouse; we recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the goods.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned supplies, a refund or credit will be issued to your account within 7-10 business days.
